Synopsis
Istanbul in the near future: Kadir is serving a 20-year prison sentence and is offered an early release. In exchange, he agrees to help the police in their hunt for terrorists. He reconnects with his younger brother Ahmet, who has been assigned by the city council to shoot the city's stray dogs. But between political chaos and paranoid obsession, the violence that surrounds the two brothers leads them into a downward spiral.
