Synopsis

Alexia, a 25-year-old volunteer and idealist, begins her internship as a nurse in the closed ward of a psychiatric hospital. There, she meets Joëlle, the head nurse, who teaches her the ropes of the profession. Alexia is deeply affected by the anger of Mila, a 20-year-old patient who believes she doesn’t belong there. Despite Joëlle's warnings about maintaining professional boundaries with patients, Alexia grows closer to Mila and becomes fully committed to trying to help her get out.
