Synopsis
Mona, from Northern Sudan, is wracked with guilt after covering up a murder. She tries to clear her conscience by taking in Julia, the South Sudanese widow of the deceased, and her son Daniel. Unable to admit her wrongdoing to Julia, Mona decides to put the past behind her. But the unrest in her country forces her to confront her sins.
