Synopsis
Sixteen years after Hurricane Katrina, an entire generation is still struggling with the after-effects of a childhood marked by tragedy. New Orleans native Edward Buckles Jr., aged 13 at the time of the disaster, spent seven years gathering testimonies from his peers, using the oral tradition of his community to open a path to healing and capture the strength and spirit of his city.
