David Dufresne is a French freelance journalist, author and documentary filmmaker. Straight shooter, maverick, he started his career as a rock journalist in the mid-1980s in a fanzine called Tant qu’il y aura du rock (through which he first experimented with law enforcement). He is also the author of a book on the Hip Hop revolution released in 1991: Yo! Rap Revolution: History, the bands, the movement.
