Synopsis

The lives of Ramsis and Layla Kilani, born and raised in Germany, were turned upside down by the death of their Palestinian father, Ibrahim, who was killed along with their five half-siblings in the Israeli bombing of Gaza in 2014. Shocked by Germany's silence even though Ibrahim and his children had German citizenship, Ramsis and Layla have been trying to connect with their Palestinian roots and demand justice ever since.
