Cine-concert: Still Life
- Duration 60
- Prices 15.00 €, 12.00 €
Introducing
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the cinema, Maud Geffray feat. Laure Brisa present Still Life, a cine-concert in tribute to Philip Glass. A 100% female live show in which DJ and composer Maud Geffray (Scratch Massive) is accompanied by the talented harpist Laure Brisa on a screening of the film Still Life, a nod to Geoffrey Reggio’s 1982 film “Koyaanisqatsi”.
Synopsis
Referring to Geoffrey Reggio's 1982 film "Koyaanisqatsi", Still Life does not impose any reading, but questions nature and progress, the human being and the system, space and time. Under the director's eyes, small and large stories merge and collapse, in an impressionistic and contemplative way, questioning at the same time the place of man in a world that he has marked with his seal.
