Synopsis
« It happened in a country that no longer exists, except in the books, films and memories of those born before 1995 », a voiceover informs us at the beginning of the film. One Friday, at 10.36am, the telephone rang. It was 1992 in Yugoslavia and it completely changed the world in which the heroine (and alter ego of the director) had been living until then. On the first occurrence of the call (of ten in all), the voice on the other side of the line announces that her maternal grandfather has died of a heart attack. For her, this call heralded war. She and her family soon left the country (M. Stojilkovic - Cineuropa)
