A poetic exploration of the city of Athens, based on paintings, poems, and philosophical texts. Angelopoulos claims to be influenced in his cinematic writing by the poetry of Rainer Maria Rilke, George Seferis, T. S. Eliot, and even James Joyce, his favorite writer. He describes his style as an "aesthetic of the unsaid," characterized by a need to reconstruct individual and collective memory by combining historical reality, dreamlike elements, allegory, and everyday life.

Álvaro Luque studied in Argentina at the Fundación Universidad del Cine (FUC). In Peru, he developed his career as a director. He created the production company Saturno together with his brother Alonso. His first short film, "LUX" (2014), received the Special Jury Prize at Curta Cinema in Rio de Janeiro and was selected in several international festivals. Her first feature documentary "La Danza de Los Mirlos" (2022), tells the story of the mythical Amazonian cumbia band.

A true weaving of present-day images and family and historical archives, Bye Bye Tiberias is a journey through four generations of bold Palestinian women who preserve their intimate and collective memory through the strength of their bonds, despite exile, dispossession, and upheavals.

A psychological and feminist thriller that reminds us of the importance of sisterhood.
