From 4 to 21 March, the 2020 edition of the film festival L’HEURE D’HIVER, organised by CINEMA GALERIES, celebrate Tunis and Tunisian cinema. The festival was interrupted by the announcement of the closure of cultural venues from Friday 13 March 2020 following the COVID 19 pandemic.

PREMIERES – TLAMESS (Sortilège) BIK ENEICH (Un fils)
25 EVENTS (among which 21 films) were programmed in 4 venues (Cinema Galeries, Bozar, Cinema Aventure, Kinograph)
THEMATICS – Tunisian classics / Tunisia today / Tunisian women
TWENTY GUESTS including directors Mehdi Barsaoui, Wided Zoghlami and Férid Boughedir, singer and actress Ghalia Benali (despite the interruption of the festival, most of the guests were able to meet the audience as they were usually present at the beginning of the festival).
EXHIBITION – Du mardi au dimanche / from Tuesday to Sunday – 14:00 > 20:00 – CINEMA GALERIES. Free of charge.
ROUNDTABLE – 12 & 13.03 – 8 Tunisian professionals could meet with Belgian professionals to strengthen the co-production between the FWB and Tunisia.
